Vice President of Sales
Position Summary:
The Vice President of Sales will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our client by leading and executing the sales strategy for the organization. This executive level position demands an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the behavioral health care industry, a proven record of sales leadership, and the ability to forge strong relationships within the behavioral healthcare industry.
Candidate Profile:
▪ 10+ years of sales leadership within the Behavioral healthcare industry selling RCM services; professional services and analytics
▪ Behavioral Healthcare sales leadership experience
▪ Proven success in sales leadership roles with a track record of meeting and or exceeding sales goals.
▪ Strong understanding of behavioral health consulting services and outsourcing solutions.
▪ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
▪ Experience with CRM system, salesforce.
Role Expectations:
Sales Strategy and Leadership
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for behavioral health services and products.
• Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, set clear objectives and targets, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales department.
Market Analysis and Planning
• Stay informed about trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the behavioral health care industry.
• Identify and evaluate market opportunities, develop pricing strategies, and adapt sales tactics accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to refine offering and ensure they meet customer needs.
Business Development and Relationship Management
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead efforts to expand market share in the behavioral healthcare sector through strategic partnerships and new market penetration.
• Participate in industry conferences, events, and networking activities to promote and identify potential business opportunities.
Sales Team Management
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high performing sales team.
• Set clear performance metrics and KPI's, evaluate team members, and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated sales culture that drives results.
