Client Success Consultant
SUMMARY This position is responsible for supporting and driving best practices within the Client Management Team for existing business. Responsible for researching and handling client member issues, collaborating across the enterprise, and ensuring client and member satisfaction. Coordinating with lead Client Success Manager in support of ongoing relationship with clients and solving service issues through partnerships across the enterprise. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Critical features of this position are listed below and may be revised, updated or reassigned at management’s discretion in accordance with business needs or other factors. • Researching, analyzing, documenting, and presenting member interactions to clients • Multi-tasking, decision making, prioritizing, working independently, to meet deadlines • Working to meet rapidly changing priorities • Maintain tracking documents to organize client work utilizing strong project management skills • Coordinates with clinical subject matter experts to ensure high quality member support • Developing quarterly and annual meeting decks • Developing materials for and leading member facing webinars and health fairs MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 4+ years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Service or Provider Service involving processing or coordination of service for health care clients • Preferred experience with Health Insurance or Patient Account Management • Skilled in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and SalesForce KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Working with multiple clients • Influence without direct authority • Issue resolution oriented • Customer and member focused • Understanding of customer service and claims administration • Knowledge of benefit provisions of employee sponsored benefits plans • Knowledge of medical and health insurance/managed care industry terminology • Basic understanding of healthcare implications on client account • Leverage technical skills to analyze data using multiple in-house and commercially available tools to provide clinical summary and resolution in support of member needs • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills • Interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external contacts • Requirements: Job Type Full-Time Regular, In-person (or Remote based on candidate skillset
